The Mediation Centres at Tis Hazari , Karkardooma Rohini and Dwarka Courts Complexes are air-conditioned. Tea, coffee and cold drinks are available near the reception-cum-office of the mediation centres. Mediation proceedings are held on the date and time specified by the mediator in a cool and comfortable atmosphere.

Punctuality by the parties is considered equally valuable and an endeavour is made so that the parties may not have to wait unnecessarily for attending mediation of their respective cases and have specially designed mediation rooms where deliberations can take place in an informal and confidential manner.
